Diagnostic Imaging - Digital Radiology & Ultrasound
We have an on-site Digital X-ray machine at Derry Heights Animal Hospital for your pets radiology needs. This helps provide faster diagnosis and higher quality images, as well as less cost for more views and much less environmental impact compared to older Analog Film X-rays. If needed this also allows us to easily share copies of digital images with off-site consulting specialists if ever needed.
Ultrasound is also available at our location with pre-set appointments. We bring in our preferred mobile veterinary specialist to the clinic to perform ultrasounds on site so you don't have travel, thus reducing stress on both your pet and wallet. This also allows us to know results of ultrasound diagnostics in real time, so we can get your pet on the road to recovery faster.
